Booking Policy

Confirmation of a booking requires a 50% deposit via credit card, cheque (subject to clearance), money order or cash. Deposit will be refunded (less $20 administration fee) if cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. Total tariff will be charged for non-arrival without prior notification or for curtailment of a multiple night booking. |

From Echuca, travel west on the Murray Valley Highway, approximately 32 kms. At approximately 22 kms from Echuca you'll pass the Torrumbarry Roadhouse. 10 Km further on turn right into Phyland Road, just after the big bend at Patho Creek. Travel 2 more km. Look for the signage. We are the second property.
