MALLALA COTTAGE(Circa 1923), an original mud brick cottage renovated to a most comfortable standard, is nestled in the gardens and is complete with an open fire for those romantic winter nights, split system heating and cooling, TV, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in another. Both bedrooms have a clock radio, electric blankets, wardrobe etc.
To ensure the comfort and privacy of guests, rooms with shared facilities are not let at the same time without arrangement. The moderate tarrif includes a full cooked Australian style breakfast which is served in the elegant dining room. |

Cancellation Policy.
To confirm advanced bookings we request a deposit of $50.00 per night of the period to be confirmed, OR advice of a credit card number, within seven days of making a booking. (The deposit is refundable provided at least fourteen days notice of cancellation is given. A refund of any deposit where less than fourteen days notice has been given will be dependant on your reservation being taken up by another booking if we have declined a later enquiry. We reserve the right to apply the same criteria where a credit card number is given in-lieu of a monetary deposit.) |

From the Western Highway on the Melbourne side of Horsham,turn south into the Henty Highway (Hamilton Road). Travel for 2 1/2k along the Henty Hwy. to Plozza's Road. Turn right into Plozza's Road. Stronsay B&B is the third house on the right (about 240 meters from the corner). Look for the sign at the entrance to the driveway.
