A fully furnished, self-contained apartment with two bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to three people. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Centrally located and just a short walk to Horsham's CBD Elmtree is close to all town facilities. Air conditioned ElmTree Apartments, situated in leafy Searle Street, provide the comfort of home with a fully equipped kitchen including crockery, cutlery, an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. The cosy lounge room has a TV, VCR, CD and am/fm radio and is most comfortably furnished. Laundry facilities include a top loading washing machine and there is an outdoor clothes line. All lined is supplied (maybe you would prefer to bring your own pillow) and a “starter pack” of guest soaps, toilet paper, detergents etc. is provided.

ElmTree Apartments in Horsham are central to a smorgasbord of tourist attractions including the nearby magnificent Grampians mountain range with its waterfalls, fern gullies, breathtaking lookouts and miles of safe easy walking tracks through the bush. The intriguing Big and Little deserts and the rock climbing mecca Mt. Arapiles, are also within easy reach of ElmTree Apartments. Escorted tours and adventure activities can be arranged with local operators. The Horsham Golf Club is rated one of the best in country Victoria.

Ensuite bathroom with large double spa bath, queen bed elec blankets, heaters, fan, tv/dvd/video, full cooked breakfast plus wine and cheese on arrival Located on the first floor, our Suite has a sunroom and balcony enjoying water and mountain views. Rates are for 2 sharing queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 3. Extra guests only by PRIOR arrangement with the property. Additional fee of $50/night applies. A baby cot is available free of charge.
Prices quoted are for two persons. Extra person (3rd.) plus $10.00 per night. A discounted weekly tarrif applies. Please enquire.

To confirm advance bookings we request a deposit of 25% of the total anticipated invoice (min. $50.00), OR advice of a credit card number, within fourteen days of making a booking.

The deposit is refundable provided at least fourteen days notice of cancellation is given. A refund of any deposit where less than fourteen days notice is given will be dependant on your reservation being taken up by another booking. We reserve the right to apply the same criteria where a credit card number is provided in-lieu of a monetary deposit.
