Pricing Policy Pricing is for 2 adults & 2 children, extra adults $15 per adult & $10 per child per night. Bring your own linen i.e. sheets, towels, or these can be supplied for $14 p.p. 8 pillows, blankets & doonas are provided. Payment Policy Balance 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation within 60 days the deposit is not refundable unless the cottage is re-booked for the same period. A fee of $25 applies for all refunds to cover re-booking, processing and bank charges. Pet Policy (Pets Allowed) Outside only. Undercover protected area & fenced yard. Smoking Policy Outside only. |

For Directions Click here By car Follow the F3/Pacific Hwy north from Sydney. After passing through Bulahdelah the road divides into a duel road. Take the 1st turn to the right, the sign reads Pacific Palms And Smiths Lake. This road – ‘The Lakes Way’ - leads to Forster. Travel around 40 mins and you will see a big green road sign reading Green Point – turn left here. If you are coming from the North, or from Forster, just follow ‘The Lakes Way’ and the Green Point turn is about 10 mins South of Forster on your right. By train Catch a train from Central Stn Sydney to Taree. A bus is available from Taree to Forster & Forster to Green Point. Property ID : 1209 |
