Booking Policy

If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to date of arrival the deposit is refunded less a service fee of $220. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded unless the premises are relet for the total cancelled period however the service charge shall still apply. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to commencement date there will be no refund of deposit or balance monies unless the premises are relet for the total cancelled period, the service charge shall still apply. Travel insurance is highly recommended for protection. Cancellations must be received in writing to be valid. |
