Carinya Park is situated in idyllic and (very) quiet surroundings close to Gembrook. There are views over the newly established orchard (hence the name), the forest and the paddocks. The Yarra Valley Wineries and the Dandenong Ranges attractions just add to the package. |

Carinya Park, apart from being an Equestrian Property, is also a Land for Wildlife property. At the front of the property there are nearly 25 acres of Pasture, Native grasslands, and Orchard. At the rear of the property there are close to 60 acres of Forest, Fern gullies, Birds and wildlife.
Around dusk and dawn it is not unusual to see wallabies or wombats on some of the tracks. During daylight Lyrebirds can quite often be seen scratching around on the forest floor. At night for those with patience and good eyesight there are gliders, possums and owls. |

Booking Policy
|
A deposit of 50% of the total package value, or $250 for longer stays is requested within 7 days of making the reservation. Cash, Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque, Visa, Bankcard and MasterCard are accepted. Credit Cards are subject to a 2% surcharge, with Carinya Park absorbing the remainder of the costs.
Cancelations - Refunds of deposits for Cancelations outside 30 days of the booking are subject to a Administration fee of 10% of the total package value.
For cancelations or changes of date within 30 days of the planned stay, every effort will be made to re-let the cottage. If that is not successful unfortunately the deposit can not be refunded. Any refund would be subject to an Administration fee of 10% of the total package value.
Smoking - Please do not smoke inside the Cottage, and take care smoking outside the cottage in Fire Danger Periods.
Horses - If you decide to bring a horse, a liability disclaimer will need to be signed before you can ride the horse on the property. |
