Beeches on High is a self-contained 1870 Victorian Home built on the banks of Spring Creek close to the heart of Beechworth historical gold town. (150Mtrs from PO) It is unique from most other Victorian homes as it is built upon the foundations of 2ft thick granite rock walls, which forms another complete basement level to the home. All up the home is approximately 16 squares and consists of 3 bedrooms & accommodates 10 (2x Queen, 1x Dbl ,1 dble sofa bed and 2x Singles, cot avail). There is also 2 living rooms, a fully self-contained kitchen, large bathroom including spa for 2 and shower, sep toilet, washing machine & dryer, air conditioning reverse cycle heating and 4 wood fires plus 1 gas. Beeches on High has been meticulously restored to it's former glory. In doing so our aim has been to provide not just a romantic getaway for a honeymoon couple but also a higher-class accommodation for up to 2 families that once enjoyed the standard of a good B&B but now has a growing family. from $48 per person (based on 8 Adult stay) |
