More than just a caravan park we provide self-contained cabins, villas and cottages catering for up to 7 people as well as budget rooms, powered sites for caravans and motor homes also camping sites. Our highly rated facilities include tropical salt-water pool and spa, modern playground for the kids, free BBQ’s, immaculate, well appointed amenities with laundry facilities and campers kitchen. We also provide for people with disabilities or special needs with a specially designed self-contained Villa and private amenities for caravaners and campers. The peaceful setting of our park in the rural area of Howard Springs, a short drive to the centre of Darwin, makes our holiday park the perfect place to relax while exploring the Top End of Northern Territory.
The friendly team at Howard Springs provide a personalised valet service to escort each guest to their site or accommodation ensuring that we meet your special requirements and assisting with parking.
Aqua Aerobics is held in our pool every Tuesday and Thursday morning and during May to August we hold Information nights on Monday, Didgeridoo making on Tuesday night, Wednesday night is our fun entertainment and sausage sizzle night and we run buses to the Mindil Beach Markets on Thursday night.

Howard Springs Holiday is centrally located in the rural area of Howard Springs, away from highway and airport noise, only 23 klms from the centre of Darwin and 5 mins to Palmerston shopping. All major tourist attractions and activities in the Darwin region are within a 30-minute drive or less. Always popular with visitors is Howard Springs Nature Reserve where you can see the large Barramundi, Berry Springs Conservation Park picnic grounds and swimming in the natural spring water. The Territory Wildlife Park is enjoyed by all age groups and will introduce you to all the amazing wildlife to be found in the Top End. A must do is a visit to the Jumping Crocodiles on the Adelaide River and one of the great sunset cruises on the Darwin Harbour. There are a number of National Parks in the Top End, including Kakadu, Litchfield and Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge) which are easily accessible from Howard Springs. Fishing for that illusive Barramundi is always a great pastime for locals and holidaymakers and we can help with information on either the best places to take your own boat or suggestions of quality tour operators. There are lots of sightseeing and touring options in the region and our resident local tour consultant can help you to chose the activities which best suit you and assist with all tour bookings. |

Booking Policy

A deposit of first nights stay is required for all accommodation bookings. This is non refundable if booking cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival if booking is made more than 30 days in advance. If booking made less than 30 days in advance, 24 hours notice must be given to recieve refund. No deposit is required for powered or camping sites. |
